Meet Jacqueline – Your Pilates Trainer & Nutrition Coach
Hi, I’m Jacqueline, Pilates instructor, nutrition coach, and biochemist based in Vienna. After years working in the pharmaceutical field, I realized I needed more than just a career.
I was struggeling with confidence and my body, pushing my limits and put myself under constant stress After explorign various forms of training. I commited to pilates and raelized I needed movement that challenged my body, anchored my mind, and resonated with my scientific curiosity.
I blend Pilates precision with functional strength training to help you build a stronger core, better posture, and more energy for everyday life and the best thing you can do it everywhere.
Whether in Vienna or online, my classes are designed to make you feel strong, empowered, and confident — without extremes, without guilt, and with results you can feel. Whether that’s through Pilates flows, functional movement, or guided nutrition, I’m here to meet you where you are—helping you build strength, stability, and awareness that extends beyond the mat.
